What is your shipping policy? 

Once your order is placed we will begin processing within 1-3 business days. Tracking information will be provided at time of shipping. Shipping times may vary but can take anywhere between 2-5 business days for US shipment. International shipment can take between 5-10 business days. All orders placed between Friday-Sunday will start to process and ship Monday-Tuesday. 

Where do you ship? 

We currently ship to the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska), Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Free Shipping to all locations mentioned. Shipping to Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand may take between 5-10 business days. 

What is your returns/exchanges policy?

If for any reason you would like to return your Kurta please do so within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Please note: after 14 days, all sales are final. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

We know sometimes our products are damaged due to postal service shipping. If you experience any damages, please contact us immediately at info@vilaiti.com

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the amount paid for at checkout for the Kurta(s) purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item(s) are in their original condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Complete the following steps in order to process your return/exchange; 
    Step 1: Please email us at info@vilaiti.com 
    Step 2: Please specify between – Refund OR Exchange. Include your Name and Order #.
    Step 3: For Exchange please specify what items you would like to exchange.
    Step 4: If your exchange is more than your original purchase, please provide us with contact details that we may be able to contact you during the week in order to process this order.
